Member Privacy Policy and Choices

Dow Great Western Credit Union understands the importance of helping our members maintain their privacy and security, and we preserve the confidentiality of all your account information and any other identifying information. 

In fact, we have made it a standing part of our privacy policy that “we will not sell, share, give or otherwise provide your personal information to any non-affiliated third party for the marketing of their products and services.”

From time to time, some of our select business partners may have products or services that can benefit you. For example, CUNA Mutual Group may have an investment or insurance product that can assist you and your family in a way the credit union is not permitted to offer to you directly. To continue to keep you informed of options like these, the credit union may send communications about such products and services that are offered by our select business partners.

 Free Opt Out Methods
If you prefer not to receive such communications in the future (and have not previously notified us), you may:

  • ·         call us toll free at (866) 228-5543, option 4.
 Please note: If you have previously opted out with us, you are not required to notify us again. We retain all previous notifications on file and will continue to comply with your previous notification.
